HOW DOES THE PAYMENTS WORK?
You can see the payments methods on the "footer" of each page of the site. Each time a customer pays Bogdan Lupu Art, the payment takes 2 business days to process. Once the payouts are sent, they usually appear in Bogdan Lupu Art´s account within
FROM WHERE THE ARTWORKS ARE SHIPPED OUT?
The artworks are shipped out from Bogdan Lupu Art´s atelier which is based in Helsinki, Finland. The shipping services are Posti(FIN), UPS(FIN/EU) and FedEx(INTERNATIONAL).
All the artworks are shipped freely worldwide.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
The shipping process starts when the full payment of the artwork is in Bogdan Lupu Art´s bank account. The payment usually appears in the bank account within 3 - 5 business days.
Finland 1 - 3 business days.
EU 5 - 12 business days.
Rest of the world 7 - 21 business days.
Shipping can be slowed down due to the Covid situation.
HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
CANVAS - The painted surface is initially covered with a special paper to protect the colors, then the canvas is wrapped with plastic film and bubble wrap. Once packed, the canvas goes into a protective cardboard. For long distance shipping the canvas goes into a protective wooden box to secure the artwork against eventual damage. Once unpacked the canvas is ready to hang.
PRINTS - The prints are rolled and inserted into a protective cardboard tube. The frames are not included.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been paid and the package got into the courier´s hands you will receive an email with the tracking number.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT
In case of unsuccessful delivery please contact shipping service. In case of negative reply contact us via email@example.com . We will answer within 24h.
According to the Finnish law, you have right to return your product within 14 days after receiving the products. If you wish to return the artwork, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your order number the tracking number. Please note that you are in charge of the shipping costs when returning the artwork. Not picking up your package is not the same as cancelling the order or returning it. If you do not pick up your order you will be charged with the extra costs for returning the products to us, and you will not get a refund for your order. We will return your money within 14 days from receving the products.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return the artwork please send us a notification via email@example.com . After that you will receive an email containing all of our details. Shipping and costs are your responsibilities. Your return artwork must be well protected. Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that outside EU, some cross-border taxes may occur. These charges are on you as a customer. According to the EU laws, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer' specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Bogdan Lupu Art reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
MISSING ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive any email with order confirmation, check your junkmail or it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we have received an order in your name. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just contact us as soon as possible before placing a new order and avoid to duplicate an extra order.
